Late (Midnight to be exact) last Monday night, we decided to take a ride downtown to view all the city lights. Downtown Detroit at Christmastime is absolutely pristine. Walking down Woodward, seemingly alone was magnificent. Beautiful lights cover buildings, large snowflakes adorn the ground, and of course the crown jewel, our cities Christmas Tree in the heart of Campus Martius. I felt as if we were walking through a winter wonderland.

Before heading home we stopped at one of our favorite bars, Centaur for a quick nightcap.
