Meatloaf Served with Mashed Potatoes

Evening Friends! Tonight I decided to make one of my beau’s favorite meals! Delicious Meatloaf topped with an irresistible glaze and served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes! I love a tasty simple meal!

Here’s what you’ll need:


  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Onion, Chopped
  • 3/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 3 Teaspoon McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire


  • 1/3 Cup Ketchup
  • 3 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce

Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all meatloaf ingredients. Form in baking dish. I usually make a football shape! Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. In a separate bowl combine glaze ingredients. Remove meatloaf from oven and top with glaze immediately. Let cool, cut, serve, enjoy!
