Complete Shawarma Wrap

Last summer I tried a Chicken Shawarma and instantly fell in love. I found myself wanting one everyday! It took some time, but finally I created the perfect recipe for this tasty Mediterranean treat!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1/2 Chicken Breast, sautéed and diced
  • 2 Pita Wraps
  • 1/2 cup Romaine Lettuce, shredded
  • Pickles, as many as you like
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Combine the last four ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Spread Garlic sauce on each pita wrap evenly. Add chicken and pickles, top with lettuce.
