Lobster and Shrimp Ravioli in Madelyn Cream Sauce

After perfecting this recipe I will never buy another jar of white pastabsauce again! By adding different cheeses and spices you can transform and customize this sauce for any pasta! In the photo above I incorporated mozarella and Roasted Red Pepper Flakes. Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 1 Quart Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Garlic
  • 1 cup Parmesan
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley

Combine all ingredients except flour in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and gradually add flour. Cook flour down for 3-5 minutes. If you desire a thicker sauce add more flour.
