Ribeyes Topped with Red Onion and Cilantro

I love a super juicy steak and this ribeye definitely fits the bill!

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 2 Bone In Ribête Steaks
  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 4 Tablespoon Butter
  • Red Onion, for garnish
  • Cilantro, for garnish
  • Olive Oil

In a small bowl combine Garlic, Pepper, and Salt. Spread mixture on steaks, wrap in plastic wrap and marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat.  Sear steaks for 4 minutes on each side (to achieve Medium Rare temp).  Top with red onions and cilantro. Remove from heat and cover. Let steaks rest for 5 minutes and serve!
