With my nuptials approaching I am beginning a new healthier lifestyle. Don’t worry, I’ll still be preparing and sharing sinfully delicious recipes (my fiancé still has to eat dinner lol) but I will also share healthy alternatives to those recipes!

Earlier this morning a good friend of mine inspired me to give juicing a whirl. After a couple of batches I came up with a delicious smoothie! I know I am going to have a great time trying new recipes!

Here’s what you’ll need:

•1 cup Spinach
•1 cup Red Leaf Lettuce
•1 Banana
• 6 Strawberries
•1 Granny Smith Apple
• Juice from 1 Lime
•1/4 cup Orange Juice
•1/4 cup Water

Add all ingredients in to blender, pour into glass and enjoy! (Use water to thin)
