My mother’s cheesecake is perfection! So light and fluffy this

recipe is ultra simple and absolutely amazing!

Here’s what you’ll need:

•4 8oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese Bricks
•1 cup Sugar
•1 cup Sour Cream
•4 Eggs, beaten
•1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
•1 tablespoon Lemon zest
•Prepared Graham Cracker Crust

In an large bowl, mix sugar and sour cream until fluffy. Fold in cream cheese. Add vanilla, gradually add eggs, and lemon zest. Pour into crust. Bake on 350 degrees for 15 mins, reduce oven to 300 degrees for 45 additional minutes.

Cherry Topping:

•2 Jars maraschino cherries, drained
•1 lemon, juiced
•6 tablespoons sugar
•1 tablespoon cornstarch
•1/2 cup cold water

Combine cherries, lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Once it comes to a boil, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
