I’m constantly looking for ways to make old favorites healthier. Not to mention they are very easy to make and full of flavor!

Here’s what you’ll need:

•1Large Sweet Potato, peeled
•1/4 cup Olive Oil
•1 tsp Salt
•2 tsp Nutmeg
•1 tsp Lemon Juice

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Cut sweet potato into 1 inch strips. Toss in olive oil, nutmeg, salt, and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 20 mins. Place fries on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes and enjoy.

I love to dip my fries in syrup 🙂
