Madelyn Montreal Steak Seasoning

I am a huge fan of purchasing Montreal Seasoning. I didn’t have any left and didn’t want to run to the store so I decided to create my own. And you guessed it, it was 1,000 times better than the ones I’ve purchased! This seasoning is best on steak and even tastes great on potatoes and asparagus!
Here’s what you’ll need:
•2 tablespoons crushed black pepper
•2 tablespoons salt
•1 tablespoon granulated garlic
•1 tablespoon onion powder
•1 tablespoon crushed coriander
•1 tablespoon dill weed
•1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients and rub on steak. Pan sear for 5-6 minutes on each side with olive oil. Finish in 375 degree oven for 10 additional minutes.
