After trying the Salmon Scramble I knew I’d be recreating this dish for brunch!

Here’s what you’ll need:

•1 6oz salmon filet, cooked and sliced
•4 eggs
•2 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
•1/2 teaspoon salt
•1/2 teaspoon black pepper
•3 tablespoons dill weed

In a bowl beat eggs and combine black pepper, salt, and 1 tablespoon of dill weed. Pour into skillet on high heat. Add salmon and gently fold in cream cheese and the remaining dill weed. After eggs are scrambled to your liking remove from heat and serve.
