Blackened Salmon with Dill Cream Cheese

Salmon is by far my favorite meat! I live trying new seasonings and new sauces! Salmon is incredibly versatile. Last night my fiancé and I decided to blackened (by pan searing at extremely high heat for 3 mins on each side with dry dill weed, granulated garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and olive oil) then let it finish in the oven (350 degrees for 12 mins).
The star of last nights dinner was definitely the dill cream cheese! The freshness of the dill really shined through!
Here’s what you’ll need:
•2 Tbsp Cream Cheese (room temperature)
•1/3 Cup Dill Weed (roughly chopped)
•1 Tsp Minced Garlic
•1 Tsp Dry Dill Weed
Combine ingredients and refrigerate for 30 mins before serving.
