Crab Cakes are easily one of my top 5 favorites. They’re so decadent, moist, and delicious. My original plan was to have Crab Cakes and Cilantro Corn, however as the day progressed the plan slowly evolved into Crab Cake Sliders and Dill Frites!

Here’s what you’ll need:

•1 pound crabmeat
•1/3 cup crushed crackers
(recommended: Ritz)
•3 green onions (green and white parts), chopped
•1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
•1/4 cup mayonnaise
•1 egg
•1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
•1 teaspoon dry mustard
•1/2 lemon juice
•1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
•1 teaspoon salt
•1 teaspoon Tabasco
•1 cup flour
•1/2 cup Canola or Vegetable Oil

In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour. With an ice cream scooper form balls of the mixture. In a large pan heat oil on medium to high heat. Coat ball in flour and gently place into oil. Fry on each size for 4-5 minutes or until desired brownness.
