Here’s what you’ll need:
•1 lb Ground Chuck
•1 Cup Italian BreadCrumbs
•1 Tbsp Cumin
•1 Tsp Black Pepper
•1 Tsp Granulated Garlic
•1/2 Cup Feta (for stuffing, you can add or substitute to your liking
•1/2 Cup Curly Parsley (finely chopped)
•1/2 Cup Cilantro (finely chopped)
Combine the first 6 ingredients. In a seperate bowl combine feta and herbs. Scoop and roll meatballs to desired size. Gently press stuffing mix in the center and re work into a ball.
In a preheated oven bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
