IMG_8142.JPGSome like it HOT! I named this recipe “Spicy Shrimp Linguine” when in all honesty it should be named Firecracker, 5 Alarm, Hot as Hell etc! Of course you can turn down the heat by add less red pepper flakes or by not adding sriracha!

Here’s what you’ll need:

•1 lb Shrimp, Deviled and Peeled
•1/2 lb linguine, prepared according to the box directions
•3 Tbsp Butter
•2 Tbsp Sriracha
•2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
•1 Tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
•2 Tsp Black Pepper
•2 Tsp Granulated Garlic

Using our Simple•Sauté•Solutions method of preparing shrimp, add 2 Tbsp of butter to a skillet on high heat with shrimp. Season shrimp with 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of garlic.

Once your shrimp is fully cooked (4-6 minutes, on high heat) add remaining butter and Sriracha. Once the Sriracha and butter create a “sauce” toss in your linguine, season with remaining spices and serve!

We topped ours with shaved Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes!
