You are going to love these! I didn’t use eggs, breadcrumbs, or grated Parmesan! I know, I know, how could I not? A meatball withouth eggs or breadcrumbs? Blasphemous! LOL!

I simply combined ground Italian sausage with ground beef, a tad bit of milk and 1/4 cup of flour to bind it all together.

Here’s what you’ll need:

•1/2 lb Ground Beef
•1/4 lb Italian Sausage
•1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
•1 Splash Of Milk
•1/4 Cup Flour
•1 Tbsp Basil
•1 Tbsp Oregano
•1 Tsp Salt
•1 Tsp Black Pepper
•1 Tbsp Parsley

Combine all ingredients and roll in balls. Keep in mind: the larger the ball the longer time they need in the oven.


Pan sear with olive oil in a medium skillet until brown on both sides.


Top with desired sauce and place in the oven for 25-30 mins on 350 degrees. (I choose a simple marinara)
