Listen, I never said this was a health blog! LOL! You are going to love these, but be careful, they’re so easy to make and taste so good that you will be tempted to eat them..often!

It’s simple, slice 2 medium size onions (if you prefer large ones that’s fine too, whatever floats your boat!) pour 1/4 cup of milk over them. Allow them to soak for a minute or two. Next toss them in 1/2 cup of flour.

Once every ring is evenly coated with flour, sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over them.

Fry them for 2 mins per side, drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt! Deliciousness!
