If you haven’t noticed by now, I LOVE POTATOES! But what I love more is finding new ways to prepare them. I came across this fantastic approach to baked potatoes and of course I had to try it immediately! The best part about these potatoes is that you can dress them all the way up! For our dinner I added cheese, bacon, sour cream, and scallions! 30 Minute Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry

This is by far the tastiest meal I’ve ever made in 3o minutes flat! Using ingredients I already had in my refrigerator, I created a savory stir-fry that everyone enjoyed! Heres what you’ll need 3 whole boneless skin-less chicken breasts, sliced thinly 1 Red Pepper, sliced 1 White Onion, 1 Package Green Giant  Teriyaki Stir Fry Vegetables 2 Tablespoons Lawry’s Marinades, Seasame Ginger 2 Tablespoons Lawry’s Marinades, Teriyaki 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 2 Teaspoon Mrs. Dash’s Extra Spicy Seasoning Season chicken with Mrs. Dash’s and Garlic Powder. I have always been infatuated with the South. I love the food, the weather, and the people!  I am convinced I was a Southern Belle in my past life. One of my favorite Southern meals is Shrimp with Cheese Grits! It’s absolutely delicious and extremely easy to make! Heres what you’ll need: 2 servings cooked grits 2 tablespoons of olive oil 20 medium to large shrimp, peeled and de-veined, with tails on Salt and Pepper to taste 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash’s extra spicy seasoning 1 cup of shredded Colby jack cheese Cook grits according to package directions; set aside, keep warm Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.  Season shrimp with Mrs. Dash and garlic.
