Italian Sausage Meatballs

You are going to love these! I didn’t use eggs, breadcrumbs, or grated Parmesan! I know, I know, how could I not? A meatball withouth eggs or breadcrumbs? Blasphemous! LOL! I simply combined ground Italian sausage with ground beef, a tad bit of milk and 1/4 cup of flour to bind it all together. Here’s what you’ll need: •1/2 lb Ground Beef •1/4 lb Italian Sausage •1 Tbsp Minced Garlic •1 Splash Of Milk •1/4 Cup Flour •1 Tbsp Basil •1 Tbsp Oregano •1 Tsp Salt •1 Tsp Black Pepper •1 Tbsp Parsley Combine all ingredients and roll in balls. Keep in mind: the larger the ball the longer time they need in the oven. Pan sear with olive oil in a medium skillet…

The Best Damn Sliders

A super fun twist on burgers and fries.  Not only was this meal super easy and fun to make, I used items that were already in my refrigerator and pantry!   Here’s What You’ll Need: 1 lb Ground Chuck 2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash’s Sicilian Seasoning 1/2 cup Steak Sauce Salt and Pepper to taste Onion Dill Pickle Chips Provolone Cheese Dinner Rolls, sliced in halves Combine ground chuck, seasoning, and steak sauce. Pat out to 6 burgers. Cook  in medium skillet over medium heat for 12 minutes (6 minutes per side). Build burgers on rolls and top with onions, pickles, and cheese. I also used  mustard and my favorite Olive Oil Mayo by Kraft to dress my sliders. Serve with french fries or onion…
