You are going to love these! I didn’t use eggs, breadcrumbs, or grated Parmesan! I know, I know, how could I not? A meatball withouth eggs or breadcrumbs? Blasphemous! LOL! I simply combined ground Italian sausage with ground beef, a tad bit of milk and 1/4 cup of flour to bind it all together. Here’s what you’ll need: •1/2 lb Ground Beef •1/4 lb Italian Sausage •1 Tbsp Minced Garlic •1 Splash Of Milk •1/4 Cup Flour •1 Tbsp Basil •1 Tbsp Oregano •1 Tsp Salt •1 Tsp Black Pepper •1 Tbsp Parsley Combine all ingredients and roll in balls. Roasted Tomato Sauce

Viva Italiano! After you master this recipe I guarantee you’ll never buy another jar of tomato sauce for your Italian dishes! Here’s what you’ll need: •5 ripe tomatoes •2 tbsp olive oil •2 tbsp butter •3 cloves of garlic, minced •1/4 cup dry or fresh basil (chopped) •1 teaspoon Italian seasoning •1 bay leaf •1/4 cup red wine •1/4 cup shallot, minced •2 tbsp tomato paste Bring a pot of water to a boil. Boil whole tomatoes in boiling water until skin starts to peel which usually takes 1 minute. Remove with slotted spoon and place in ice bath (large bowl full of ice) . Let rest until cool.
