Italian Sausage Meatballs

You are going to love these! I didn’t use eggs, breadcrumbs, or grated Parmesan! I know, I know, how could I not? A meatball withouth eggs or breadcrumbs? Blasphemous! LOL! I simply combined ground Italian sausage with ground beef, a tad bit of milk and 1/4 cup of flour to bind it all together. Here’s what you’ll need: •1/2 lb Ground Beef •1/4 lb Italian Sausage •1 Tbsp Minced Garlic •1 Splash Of Milk •1/4 Cup Flour •1 Tbsp Basil •1 Tbsp Oregano •1 Tsp Salt •1 Tsp Black Pepper •1 Tbsp Parsley Combine all ingredients and roll in balls. Meatballs Florentina

If you love the taste of Mediterranean food, this recipe is for you! Here’s what you’ll need: •1 lb Ground Chuck •1 Egg •1 Cup Italian BreadCrumbs •1 Tbsp Cumin •1 Tsp Black Pepper •1 Tsp Granulated Garlic •1/2 Cup Feta (for stuffing, you can add or substitute to your liking •1/2 Cup Curly Parsley (finely chopped) •1/2 Cup Cilantro (finely chopped) Combine the first 6 ingredients. In a seperate bowl combine feta and herbs. Scoop and roll meatballs to desired size. Gently press stuffing mix in the center and re work into a ball. In a preheated oven bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
