Evening Friends! Tonight I decided to make one of my beau’s favorite meals! Delicious Meatloaf topped with an irresistible glaze and served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes! I love a tasty simple meal! Here’s what you’ll need: Meatloaf: 1 lb Ground Beef 1 Egg 1/2 Onion, Chopped 3/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs 3 Teaspoon McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Glaze: 1/3 Cup Ketchup 3 Tablespoon Brown Sugar 2 Tablespoon Mustard 1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all meatloaf ingredients. Form in baking dish. I usually make a football shape! Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. In a separate bowl combine glaze ingredients. Remove meatloaf from oven and top with glaze immediately. Let cool, cut, serve, enjoy!
