Peppery Arugula and Bacon Breakfast Hash

I love those mornings where I can sleep in late and leisurely make a spectacular and unplanned breakfast, using ingredients that I already have on hand! Breakfast hashes are great because you can totally customize it to your taste buds and use whatever you have available. In this particular hash I used chopped bacon, diced potatoes, an over medium egg, arugula, and an amazing aioli dressing! I built the flavor levels up by seasoning as I assembled the hash. I like using interesting combination mixes such as fennel seed and coriander. AH-MAZING! Crab Cake Sliders

Crab Cakes are easily one of my top 5 favorites. They’re so decadent, moist, and delicious. My original plan was to have Crab Cakes and Cilantro Corn, however as the day progressed the plan slowly evolved into Crab Cake Sliders and Dill Frites! Here’s what you’ll need: •1 pound crabmeat •1/3 cup crushed crackers (recommended: Ritz) •3 green onions (green and white parts), chopped •1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper •1/4 cup mayonnaise •1 egg •1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce •1 teaspoon dry mustard •1/2 lemon juice •1/4 teaspoon garlic powder •1 teaspoon salt •1 teaspoon Tabasco •1 cup flour •1/2 cup Canola or Vegetable Oil In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Roasted Tomato Sauce

Viva Italiano! After you master this recipe I guarantee you’ll never buy another jar of tomato sauce for your Italian dishes! Here’s what you’ll need: •5 ripe tomatoes •2 tbsp olive oil •2 tbsp butter •3 cloves of garlic, minced •1/4 cup dry or fresh basil (chopped) •1 teaspoon Italian seasoning •1 bay leaf •1/4 cup red wine •1/4 cup shallot, minced •2 tbsp tomato paste Bring a pot of water to a boil. Boil whole tomatoes in boiling water until skin starts to peel which usually takes 1 minute. Remove with slotted spoon and place in ice bath (large bowl full of ice) . Let rest until cool. Pan Seared Ribeye

I love a super juicy steak and this ribeye definitely fits the bill! Here’s What You’ll Need: 2 Bone In Ribête Steaks 1 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic 1 Tablespoon Salt 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper 4 Tablespoon Butter Red Onion, for garnish Cilantro, for garnish Olive Oil In a small bowl combine Garlic, Pepper, and Salt. Spread mixture on steaks, wrap in plastic wrap and marinate for 30 minutes. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat.  Sear steaks for 4 minutes on each side (to achieve Medium Rare temp).  Top with red onions and cilantro. Remove from heat and cover. Let steaks rest for 5 minutes and serve!

So I decided to get up head to the grocery store and make them! They are surprisingly easy to make and your family and tummy will thank you! The perfect lemon cupcake! So light and airy, they’re perfect for the summer! I found this recipe on AllRecipes.com and decided to tweak it to my liking. Their recipe calls for a home made icing, I decided to save a little time by using a store bought Cream Cheese frosting.
