  Ok, I apologize for back to back shrimp pasta dishes. I’ve gotten so many emails regarding #WhatChandlerAte (follow my personal instagram @meetthewoods) with the same conundrum: I want to make my kids something delicious, but I don’t have a lot of time. Getting a home cooked meal on the table after a long day of work, picking up kids from daycare or school, and after school extracurriculars can be tough! White Wine and Garlic Shrimp Scampi

I am a huge pasta fan! I will boil pasta, toss in butter and garlic, top with an over easy egg, and voilà one of my favorite meals! Last night I decided to make a cohesive meal out of my easy go to ️Recipe by adding shrimp. Here’s what you’ll need: •1/2 lb Pasta, I used angel hair, cooked •1/2 lb Shrimp •1 Stick Butter •1/4 Cup Minced Garlic •1/2 Cup White Wine •1/4 Cup Heavy Cream •1 Tsp Salt •1 Tsp Black Pepper Sprinkle Shrimp with 1/2 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp salt, sauté over medium high heat with half stick of butter, 1/4 cup wine and minced garlic.
