Crab Cake Sliders

Crab Cakes are easily one of my top 5 favorites. They’re so decadent, moist, and delicious. My original plan was to have Crab Cakes and Cilantro Corn, however as the day progressed the plan slowly evolved into Crab Cake Sliders and Dill Frites! Here’s what you’ll need: •1 pound crabmeat •1/3 cup crushed crackers (recommended: Ritz) •3 green onions (green and white parts), chopped •1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper •1/4 cup mayonnaise •1 egg •1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce •1 teaspoon dry mustard •1/2 lemon juice •1/4 teaspoon garlic powder •1 teaspoon salt •1 teaspoon Tabasco •1 cup flour •1/2 cup Canola or Vegetable Oil In a large bowl combine all ingredients. The Best Damn Sliders

A super fun twist on burgers and fries.  Not only was this meal super easy and fun to make, I used items that were already in my refrigerator and pantry!   Here’s What You’ll Need: 1 lb Ground Chuck 2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash’s Sicilian Seasoning 1/2 cup Steak Sauce Salt and Pepper to taste Onion Dill Pickle Chips Provolone Cheese Dinner Rolls, sliced in halves Combine ground chuck, seasoning, and steak sauce. Pat out to 6 burgers. Cook  in medium skillet over medium heat for 12 minutes (6 minutes per side). Build burgers on rolls and top with onions, pickles, and cheese. I also used  mustard and my favorite Olive Oil Mayo by Kraft to dress my sliders. Serve with french fries or onion…
